What is World Changers?
World changers is a construction based project with the goal of serving homeowners in need and sharing the gospel with them. Grace Baptist students have been going on these trips every year for many years and students come back better connected to God and each other.
Where is it and when?
This year we return to Rock Hill South Caroline where we will partner with many other church youth groups to bless that community. The dates for the trip are June 17-22.
What is the cost?
Total cost will be $300 due at the latest by May 1. Scholarships are available and the cost can be made in two payments.
Where will they stay?
World Changers finds a church or school in the community willing to host us. We have a ratio of 1 adult per 5 students and there are many other adults there as well. Every adult must complete a background check in order to participate.
Can my entering 6th grader come?
Unfortunately no. Only completed 6th graders and up can attend.
Are young adults welcome?
Yes! They are welcome to come by anyone 18 and over must fill out an adult volunteer application form per Grace Baptist Church policy.
What about food restrictions?
World Changers does offer specialized meals for people with celiac, peanut allergies, etc. There is a place on the registration form to enter dietary restrictions.
